Role Overview
We are hiring a mid-level professional to support and grow the Aviation & Large Liability portfolio for a leading insurance broking firm. The role focuses on placement support, renewals, client coordination, and insurer negotiations for complex aviation and liability risks.
This is not a retail sales role. It requires technical understanding, precision, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage renewals and mid-term servicing for aviation and large liability accounts.
- Support placement of aviation hull, liability, and specialty covers.
- Coordinate with insurers for quotes, policy terms, endorsements, and renewals.
- Prepare submissions, exposure data, and proposal documentation.
- Act as a key liaison between clients, insurers, claims teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Support senior team members during negotiations and complex placements.
KPIs & Success Metrics
- Timely and error-free policy placements.
- Renewal retention of assigned accounts.
- Turnaround time for quotes and endorsements.
- Client satisfaction and internal quality scores.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Around 8 years of experience in corporate insurance broking or underwriting.
- Prior exposure to aviation, liability, or specialty lines preferred.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-through skills.
- Comfortable working with compliance-heavy environments.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
CTC: Upto ₹24 LPA
Fixed-heavy structure with performance-linked incentives.
