AVP – Offshore Energy & Renewables Insurance

Role Overview

We are looking for a mid-level insurance professional to manage and support insurance placements for offshore energy and renewable power projects. The role involves project insurance coordination, renewals, and client servicing, working closely with senior specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Support placement of project and operational insurance programs.
• Coordinate with insurers, reinsurers, surveyors, and loss adjusters.
• Assist in structuring submissions for offshore and renewable risks.
• Manage policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals.
• Support claims coordination for project-related losses.
• Maintain strong documentation and audit readiness.

KPIs & Success Metrics

• Timely completion of project placements.
• Accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Client servicing quality and responsiveness.
• Internal stakeholder feedback.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8 – 10 years in insurance broking, underwriting, or project insurance roles.
• Exposure to energy, infrastructure, or engineering risks preferred.
• Comfortable working with technical data and project timelines.
• Structured, dependable, and process-driven mindset.

CTC: Upto ₹28 LPA
