BFSI Trainer – Western Africa Assignment

Position Overview:

We are in search of experienced and dynamic BFSI trainers with a proven track record in training or branch banking to contribute to our mission. The selected candidates will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive Business Correspondent training modules developed by Grazing Minds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging and effective training programs tailored to the specific needs of our clients in Western Africa.
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions focused on Business Correspondent functions, compliance, and customer service excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance training materials and methodologies based on industry best practices and feedback.

Assignment Details:

  • Location: Various countries within Western Africa
  • Duration: 9-12 months
  • Focus: Imparting Business Correspondent training modules

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in BFSI training or branch banking, preferably in an international context.
  • Strong understanding of Business Correspondent functions, including financial inclusion, digital banking, and microfinance.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to adapt training content to accommodate cultural nuances and language differences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., Certified Bank Trainer) are advantageous.
