The BPO is seeking energetic and committed freshers to join our team as Telecallers for our loan recovery process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a professional approach to handle customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute outbound calling campaigns for loan recovery and collections
• Maintain professional communication with customers regarding pending payments
• Document detailed call summaries and update customer information in CRM
• Work towards achieving monthly collection targets
• Address customer queries with patience and professionalism
• Provide appropriate solutions within organizational guidelines
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance and ethical standards
