Key Responsibilities

As the Sales Head – Corporate Travel, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving acquisition of enterprise and corporate travel accounts across India.
  • Developing relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, Procurement Heads, Administration teams, and Corporate Travel Managers.
  • Helping organizations integrate flight and hotel booking technology through enterprise APIs and digital travel solutions.
  • Owning business revenue, profitability, P&L, and growth strategy.
  • Building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing corporate sales organization.
  • Collaborating with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to enhance enterprise travel solutions.
  • Identifying strategic partnerships and new business opportunities to accelerate growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

We’re looking for professionals who possess:

  • 8 -15 years of experience in Corporate Travel Sales or Enterprise Business Development.
  • Strong relationships within the corporate travel ecosystem.
  • Experience working with Travel Management Companies (TMCs), Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Travel Technology platforms, Corporate Booking Solutions, or Enterprise SaaS companies.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing large enterprise customers.
  • Consistent achievement of ambitious revenue and business growth targets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic account management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build businesses from the ground up.
